How do I book?

Booking with WeekeyRentals is fast and easy:

  • Enter in the Homepage your destination and the information requested (check in/check out date, number of people)
  • You will then view all the available properties. If you click on Details you can check all the further information regarding the selected property
  • On the right side of the page (Book Now) you can make a quotation, adding the extra services you may require. If you wish to proceed with the reservation,  enter your personal data and select the type of payment you prefer. Please read  our terms & conditions of use/privacy policy beforehand.
  • If you wish to book now (Direct Booking), you should pay a 30% deposit of the total amount through our secure online credit card payment. In a few seconds, if the payment has been successful, you will receive a confirmation email and, within 48 hours, the booking confirmation voucher with all the relevant information regarding your booking (address of the property, contact numbers, check in/out, etc.)
  • If you wish to send a request through email, click on Information Request. You will be contacted soon by our staff.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

The reservation can be cancelled totally or partially according to the following policy:

Cancellation earlier then 45 days before arrival - 80% refund of the deposit.

Cancellation earlier then 20 days before arrival - 50% refund of the deposit.

Cancellation after 20 days before arrival - no refund of the deposit.     

What is included in the total price?

The total price includes the price per night, final cleaning, towels and linen and Internet access, electricity, gas, water. The extras are listed in the quotation and you can add them when booking or upon arrival.

Which are the types of payment?

The 30% deposit can be paid through our secure online credit card payment (BNL) or through Paypal or through wire transfer. Balance can be paid through our secure online credit card payment or Paypal no less than 5 days prior your arrival date or upon arrival cash at check in.

When do I get confirmation of the booking?

The booking confirmation will be sent within 48 hours of the 30% deposit payment. You will receive a voucher with all the all the relevant information regarding your booking (address of the property, contact numbers, check in/out, etc.)

 If I don’t receive the booking confirmation within 48 hours, what shall I do?

First, make sure the confirmation email is not in your Spam folder. If not, contact our staff.

If the apartment you selected is not available, WeekeyRentals will offer you, if possible, a similar accommodation. If this alternative property should not be satisfactory or there are no other property available, the 30% deposit will be fully refunded.

I wish to change my reservation: what should I do?

To change a reservation already confirmed (date, number of people, extras etc.) please contact our staff.

Tourist taxi is included?

Tourist taxi is not included and should be aid cash upon arrival.

How and where do I get the keys of the property?

Someone of our staff will meet you directly at the apartment for check in. It is extremely important to let us know the time of arrival and send us a text or call us to one of our contact numbers when you are approximately 30 minutes from the apartment/villa.

 

At what time can I check in?

Check in is after 1pm. If possible, we can arrange it earlier; in this case, if the apartment is not ready yet, you can leave the luggage and take the keys. Late check in (after 9pm) or on Sundays and public holidays  is charged 25 euros.

At what time can I check out?

Check out is no later than 10am. Check out will be arranged directly with the person of our staff you will meet at check in. If possible, it can be arranged later, but you should check with our staff.

Who shall I contact in case of any issue?

The person of our staff you will meet at check in will be your reference person throughout you stay. You can contact him in case of any issue or request

What will I find at the apartment/villa?

All our properties are self-catering. Upon arrival you will find towels and linen, toilet paper and a welcome kit with soap, shampoo and shower gel.

What kind of features will I find at the apartment/villa?

For each property check the description: you will find the listing of all the features.

Are pets allowed?

Not in all our properties pets are allowed. Check the property description or ask our staff.  

Can I smoke in the apartment/villa?

All our properties are smoking-free. Smoking is allowed only in the outside areas.

 If something is broken or it doesn’t work what shall I do?

Contact your reference person and we will try to intervene as soon as possible.

Before leaving, do I have to clean the property?

It is not necessary. But please leave it tidy and neat and throw away the rubbish. 

How do I pay the security deposit?

Security deposit should be paid cash upon arrival

When security deposit will be returned?

Security deposit will be returned at check out after verifying that no damage has occurred.

Where can I leave the luggage if necessary?

Check out is no later than 10am but can be arranged later if possible. If not, you can leave the luggage at our office if possible.
